Chairman of the board, Chief Executive officer and President. Mr. YC Kim is a resident in Korea and Canada and has been a Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of AMT Inc. Prior to that, he served as a President of Korean branch of AMR Technologies Inc. and Vice president of International sales for magnet division (AMM) of AMR Technologies Inc. Mr. Kim graduated from Sungkunkwan University, Seoul, Korea with a bachelor of Chemist. Mr. Kim was a President and CEO of Chem-Asia Co., LTD, Cosmopia Co., LTD and Chem-Tronics Inc. Mr. Kim started his career as a Chemist of Peers Cosmetics in Korea and sales manager of Rare earths and Advanced Ceramics of Rhone-poulenc for 5 years in Korea.

Dr. MY Lee is a resident in Korea, Chief Consultant of Qudix Inc. Dr. Lee is a professor of Ewha University, Korea. department of Chemistry and Division of Nano Science. Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D from University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Michael Kim is a General Manager of Qudix Inc., who leads the development of Nano Particle Size Analyzer. Mr. Kim completed his Ph.D course from KAIST, department of Physics after he holds a Master and Bachelor of Physics in KAIST. Prior to Qudix Inc., Mr. Kim was a managing director of LaserWorld Ltd in Korea.
